The Change Game™ is a board game designed to test and hone your ability to handle tricky scenarios typically encountered in managing change. The game:
• simulates real-life events.
• allows participants to share knowledge and learn from each other.
• makes the theory practical.
• can be done at different levels.
• includes optional "icebreakers” and “get-to-know-you” cards for team dynamics.
• is fun to play and never fails to make people laugh
The game can be played on its own or be used in conjunction with our own or customised training material.
